Currently, Mr. Shiralian is involved in the following projects:

• BART, East Contra Costa Extension (eBART)
• BART, Warm Spring Extension

East Contra Costa County BART extension (eBART) is a challenging projects that involves different cities and funding districts.  This project requires detailed coordination with 4 Caltrans contracts so that the State Highway 4 is widened for rail installation and operation.  As part of this project, BART is constucting new platform, station, maintanence yard, and parking lot as well as procuring new DMV vehicles. 

Mr. Shiralian works closely with mutiple parties to maintain a comprehensive master schedule that tracks all the major components of this project.  He also assists the field team with evaluation and resolution of claims.
